For example, by sharing information and ideas with the team, it can: improve the design of a space; ensure the space accounts for scalable growth; start a discussion for the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly and reclaimed materials, as well as the use of energy and water efficient devices and equipment to lower the client’s operating costs after they occupy their space. We collaborate not only about what is taking place in real time as the space is being designed and built, but also about the future — when the space is complete and the client is up and running.

Team collaboration becomes complex as construction progresses, but it’s vital to success. Facilitating team collaboration means GreenBy3 is constantly thinking ahead and going above and beyond to gather and share information with resources on the project.
